Before submitting anything to 7Hues Magazine, please make sure that you have thoroughly read this page and all of the information that it contains. By submitting an entry, you are confirming that you have read and understand the following guidelines. 7Hues Magazine reserves the right to either accept or reject any submission it receives after conducting an evaluation of the work submitted to it. The content of the submission, as well as its quality, relevance, and the amount of available space in the issue it is being submitted to, are all taken into consideration during the review process. We look for originality and a high level of creativity in the editorial content that we produce for creative purposes.

Due to the large number of fashion, editorial, and beauty submissions that we receive each day, we are not always in a position to provide feedback, unless the submission is something that we are particularly interested in publishing. 7Hues Magazine has a policy that requires stringent editing and quality control.

Submission Guidelines

ALL WORK MUST BE EXCLUSIVE AND UNPUBLISHED.

You are giving up all of your rights to publish your work on social media platforms when you voluntarily submit it to 7Hues Magazine for consideration. This includes Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and any other Social Media platform associated with our magazine. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, we reserve the right to continue publishing it across all of our social media platforms.

7Hues Magazine will only publish fashion editorials, beauty stories, and fashion videos that are exclusive to the publication. Once approval has been given for the editorial or fashion video, the photographer must sign a release before the video can be used. If your editorial or fashion video has already been published in another publication, we cannot accept it for our website.

IMPORTANT

Images that have already been shared on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or Snapchat will not be included in the publication. It is important to us to maintain the magazine’s monopoly on certain images. After it has been published, assuming it was accepted, your work can then be posted online.

We accept Fashion, Beauty, Hair & Conceptual Art.

This permission is granted once the image has been accepted for publication.

In the event that you make the decision to turn down your work.

Please let us know before we publish our issue for the month if you have decided to decline your editorial due to any recent developments (such as it being published in another issue or having problems with a modeling agency, for example). Each month’s issues of our magazine are typically released within the first week of that month. If you decide after the fact that you would like the issue to be removed and we have already published it, we are under no obligation to remove your work from the issue. Because you chose not to let us know in advance that you would prefer that your work not be published with us, once the work has been completed, we will not go back and redo the issue. This is because of your decision. Please let us know two weeks in advance of the next publication date if you would like your work to be removed from the next issue of our publication.
