They call me fallen, wings torn for making a forbidden choice, but truly, they are-
ethereal wisps fading like the morning fog. Bitter laughter stains my lips-
human life is so much better because they take comfort in the fleeting illusions of rights and wrongs and judging the sides of the coin

Clothing optional Chris Rosario knows how to get the job done when it comes to a shoot. Shot by one of our recent cover photographers Lester Villarama, Chris gives us the scoop on how the holiday’s have treated him, what goes into his workout regiment, I mean, how else is he gonna keep a body like that in shape. He also gives his insight on the male model industry, so strap in for a great interview.
7H: Happy New Year Chris, how did the holiday’s treat you?
Chris: The holidays treated me well! My family doesn’t live in California so I got to fly to Florida to spend the holidays with them.
7H: What was 2017 like for you?
Chris: It was amazing! It was a year full of personal growth and advancement. I made some amazing new friends and got to move to Cali.
7H: How did you get into modeling? And how long have you been modeling?
Chris: I’ve always loved being in front of the camera. The problem is, growing up I had very low self-esteem. I was always very self critical and very shy and I was uncomfortable in my own skin. It wasn’t until a few years ago that that started to change and my love for being in front of the camera began to show back up. I fell in love with modeling and began pursuing it actively. I got signed by my first agency in August of 2016 and have been working to better myself ever since.
7H: What does your career do for you?
Chris: Ultimately my career brings me joy. I love what I do and I do what I love. It’s a genuine passion of mine and the fact that I get paid to do what I love to do is one of the most amazing feelings. I hope to take it to a level where I can help to support my family.
7H: What’s your most memorable shoot?
Chris: It was my first time going to[ihc-hide-content ihc_mb_type=”show” ihc_mb_who=”1″ ihc_mb_template=”1″ ]

7H: What are the pros of being a model?
Chris: I get to meet so many awesome people! I’ve made a lot of great connections and it’s nice seeing them grow and advance in their careers as well.
7H: What’s the biggest misconception about being a male model in this industry?
Chris: One of the most common misconceptions about male models that I’ve heard is that all of us are dumb. I mean, we’ve all met some dumb ones. But most I’ve met are actually very bright.
7H: What are your other passions outside of modeling?
Chris: Honestly, I’m very passionate about eating. I love food. I have a Puerto Rican background and if there’s one thing we like it’s good food. So basically that’s the way to my heart.
7H: Five things you can’t live without?
Chris: The gym, A black v-neck, Grandma’s rice and beans, 90s Nickelodeon & Music.
7H: What do you do to stay in shape?
Chris: I track everything I eat, I track my sleep, I track my exercises, and I exercise at least 5 days a week. I take all of those things seriously and do my best to stay on a proper routine.

7H: You were shot nude in some shots in this editorial. How do make yourself feel comfortable on set? Do you ever get shy in front of the camera?
Chris: I just tell myself the entire time “It’s just another day’s work.” This is what we do every day, you know? This is what I do, this is what the crew does, so the only one making me uncomfortable is me. It’s all about getting out of my own head. I definitely get shy in front of the camera. Mostly when I’m in a public area and there are people around, but I’m getting better with that.
7H: Give us 5 facts about you people may not know.
Chris: I have an IQ of 198. I played football for most of my life. I’m a hopeless romantic. I love all animals but cats make me melt. I’ve been working in daycare’s since I was 10.
7H: What’s your favorite band / music at the moment?
Chris: My favorite band is a band called Dance Gavin Dance.
