The big chill in the forest inspires the new season, revisited with a versatile and practical hand for modern urban lifestyles. Infused with a military undertone, shapes are cozy, easy and timelessly elegant. Suede, leather, shearling and wool are treated with a timeworn feel and finely crafted into parkas, field jackets and feather-light puffers. With a distinctive sartorial twist, traditional men’s fabrics – checks, glen plaids and chevrons – are bonded to glossy leather and suede for both the outwear and the shoes. All, in a tight palette of blue, gray, oatmeal and cocoa brown. Loafers, desert boots and brogues are defined by a new chunky crepe rubber sole, often in contrasting beige tones.
